Introducing FLANN Library

The FLANN library is a library for performing fast approximate nearest neighbor searches in high dimensional spaces. It contains a collection of algorithms we found to work best for nearest neighbor search and a system for automatically choosing the best algorithm and optimum parameters depending on the dataset. The library is written in a modular way which allows for easy addition of new algorithms and new distance functions. FLANN is designed to be easy to use, but at the same time to be very efficient and full of features.

Using FLANN Library with Delphi® and Free Pascal

The FLANN library can now be used with Delphi and Free Pascal (Lazarus) with the help of custom bindings to the original library provided by BuyLibs. BuyLibs provides a wrapper that enables developers to utilize the original version of the FLANN library from its authors, in compliance with the library's license terms.
