Mid-Level Software Developer

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Mid-Level Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain our suite of libraries. Your expertise will help us provide developers with powerful, optimized tools for various development environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software libraries.
  • Collaborate with teams to define and ship new features.
  • Fix bugs and improve application performance.
  • Discover and implement new technologies to enhance development efficiency.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
  • Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
  • Ensure high performance and responsiveness of the libraries.
  • Document and maintain software functionality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
  • Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Delphi, Perl, C++, C#, Python, JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.

Account Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring they are satisfied with our products and services. Your goal will be to help clients leverage our libraries effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Act as the primary contact for customer account management matters.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Communicate progress on initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to grow opportunities within your territory.
  • Handle client requests and issue escalations promptly.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Google Sheets.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
